Labor, Society and Law (LSL) is a series of academic books in Hebrew, dedicated to the advancement of knowledge and progress in the fields of labor law and social security.

The annual publication is sponsored by the Israeli Society for Labor Law and Social Security - a non-profit organization, which brings together the community of labor and social security experts and practitioners in Israel - judges, lawyers and scholars. LSL is published under the joint academic auspices of Tel-Aviv University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. It is also a member of the International Association of Labour Law Journals.

Since its establishment in 1990, LSL has published a wide scope of original research across a range of disciplines and fields of study, and includes contributions from researchers of economics, sociology, management, social work and history, and of course, law. Its interdisciplinary scope allows the inclusion of articles that do not fit easily within a particular discipline, but originally address the world of work.

LSL's main focus is to provide a platform for the academic study of Labor and Employment Law (broadly defined); the effects and outcomes of market regulations and policies; the transformation of the Israeli welfare state, and more.

The journal currently publishes articles online, prior to being printed as part of the full hardcopy volume. Articles from volume 14 already appear online, and the volume is expected to come out in print in early 2015.

LSL's current Associate Editor is TAU Law Prof. Guy Mundlak. Prof. Mundlak works in collaboration with Prof. Guy Davidov of the Hebrew University, Jerusalem. In addition, Adv. Netta Golan Weisman supervises the publication process.
