Since its establishment in 2004 as Israel’s pioneer LL.M. in Commercial Law, Tel Aviv Berkeley LL.M. program offers experienced lawyers, legal advisors, judges, government officials, and business executives a unique opportunity to pursue a graduate degree in an accelerated, fast-paced program, while continuing to work.

Tel Aviv Berkeley LL.M. focuses on Israeli business law, taught from a global perspective. The intensive one-year program is divided into three semesters: the fall and spring semesters are taught in Israel, where the students study in Hebrew twice a week, and a summer semester is held at UC Berkeley in English.

Courses and seminars are taught by world-renowned Israeli and international professors who are leading researchers and lecturers in their fields. The program attracts working lawyers from Israel’s prominent law firms and typically includes 35-38 students.

Program Highlights:

  • Students enjoy independent study groups that are separated from other LL.M. programs at TAU Law.
  • All the Classes at Tel-Aviv are held in advanced media-equipped classrooms, designed specifically for the program.
  • The program's renowned faculty members are experts in their fields. Many of them teach at leading law schools in the U.S. and Europe.
  • Our excellent administrative staff consists of highly qualified and dedicated individuals. Their contributions to the program's success do not go unnoticed and are often praised by our students and graduates.
