Biography

Neta is a PhD candidate at the Zvi Meitar Center for Advanced Legal Studies at Tel Aviv University. Her research is written under the supervision of Prof. Neta Ziv and  Dr. Ittay Bar Siman Tov, and focuses on participation of civil society in legislative process.

Neta completed her first and second degrees in law with distinguished honors at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Btweenהחברה האזרחיתשים עם מוגבלות law)Neta was the director of the Human Rights Program (clinical programs) of the Academic Center of Law and Business, and the instructor of the Clinic for Social Change (2007 – 2016). She was the Legal Adviser and Head of Legal Department in Bizchut, The Israeli Human Rights Center for People with Disabilities (1999 – 2007). In 2006, the JDC awarded Neta with the Zusman Prize for Excellence in Social Service.

Neta was one of the establishers of Itach - Women Lawyers for Social Justice. She also served as the Chairperson of the Advisory Committee for the Commissioner for Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities.
