רותם אלגרה קדוש נוסבאום

Rotem kadosh is a doctoral student at the Zvi Meitar center for advanced legal studies at the faculty of law, Tel Aviv University. She is writing her doctoral thesis on "Judge's discration regarding witnesses' reliability" under the guidance of Professor Talia Fisher and Dr. Tamar Kricheli Katz. ​

Criminal Law, Criminology, Violent Criminal Offenses, social conflict theory and feminist theory, philosophy of ethics, Discretion of the prosecutor, judge and legislator.

Education

Rotem graduated LL.B (2008) and an M.A in criminology (2013) at the Hebrew university. During her M.A she served as a research assistant as part of her scholarship.                

Academic and Professional Experience

Rotem interned at the district attorney's office in Jerusalem. She has a license to practice law and worked as a legal assistant to criminal judges.                               

Rotem lectured about criminology theories at the Open University course and served as a practitioner and as a teaching assistant at the Hebrew university in the courses- criminal procedure, criminal law and policing terrorism. She also served as an editorial member of the journal "Rules" of the law faculty at the Hebrew university.
