Biography

Nina Zaltzman Received an LL.B and LL.M (magna cum laude) from the Hebrew University and Ph.D from Tel-Aviv University. She teaches the course on Property Law and seminars on "Security Transactions" and "Ownership and Property Interests". She has authored three books: Res Judicata in Civil Proceedings (1991) ; Possessory Lien (1999) ; Charges over Obligations (2005) (with Ofer Grosskopf), and many articles in the fields of private law and procedural law. She was awarded the Zeltner Prize in 2000 and the Rector’s Prize for Distinction in Teaching in 2003.
