The Master's degree program in Law, in collaboration with the University of Berkeley - California, is designed for
experienced practitioners in commercial law - attorneys and partners in law firms, legal advisors in companies, judges, and government employees.

A variety of courses are offered in the program, including corporate law and securities law, law and technology, commercial litigation, and business regulation. Furthermore, the curriculum provides a comprehensive understanding of economic analysis of law, game theory, finance, and empirical tools. Our approach integrates theory and practice. We believe that deep theoretical understanding allows us to better comprehend reality, operate more effectively within it, and develop a successful practice. The program provides an in-depth understanding of legal and economic theories, as well as practical tools which bring these theories to life.

The courses in Berkeley are all taught in English by professors of commercial and business law.
