Uri Dori

Zvi Ziv

Uri Dori is chairman of Ortam Sahar Engineering and chairman of Udor Holdings, Ltd. – companies active in the areas of public construction, logistical buildings, housing and infrastructure construction and energy. In 1978, Dori established the U. Dori Group, Ltd. and led it to become one of the leading real estate, construction and energy companies in Israel and the world. Dori has served as president of the Association of Contractors and Builders in Israel (1997-2000), a member of the board of governors of the Technion (1992-1996), chairman of the Presidency of Economic Organizations (1998-2000), president of the Citizens' Empowerment Center in Israel, a member of the board of directors of the Jordan River Village, a member of the board of governors of the Beit Hatfutsot museum and chairman of the Israel Film Fund.

Zvi Ziv served as the CEO of Bank Hapoalim from 2003-2009. Earlier in his career, Ziv held different positions at the bank, including credit manager in the UK, deputy CEO, director of the business department, CEO of Bank Hapoalim Switzerland, vice-president for retail banking and manager of the retail banking division. Currently, Ziv is a member of the board of directors of TBI Bank EAD Bulgaria, a member of the board of directors of Gulliver Energy, Ltd. and chairman of the board of directors of Tradair, Ltd. As part of his public activity, Ziv is a member of the board of trustees and the board of directors of Tel Aviv University, chairman of the University's budget committee, president of the board of trustees of Olim Beyahad, a member of the board of directors of Midot – Israel's Charity Rating Initiative and a member of the board of directors and chairman of the financial committee of Gesher Theater. Ziv has a BA in Economics and an MBA from Tel Aviv University and is a graduate of the Senior Executive Program at the London School of Business.

Prof. Neta Ziv

Hagit Bavly

Professor Neta Ziv is the director of the Cegla Clinical Law Programs at the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Law. She is the academic supervisor of the Housing, Community and Law Clinic and teaches courses on “Legal Ethics and the Legal Profession,” “Law and Social Change,” “Social Rights” and “Human Rights of People with Disabilities.” Ziv earned an LLB at the Hebrew University Faculty of Law, an LLM at The American University in Washington, D.C. and her JSD. from Stanford Law School. Ziv has served as a public interest lawyer for the Association for Civil Rights in Israel and as a leading attorney in some of Israel’s major human rights cases litigated before the Israeli Supreme Court. She was among the founding members of the Israel Women’s Network Legal Center and served as the chair of Bizchut - the Israel Human Rights Center for People with Disabilities. She currently serves as a board member of Itach - Women Lawyers for Social Justice

Hagit Bavly is a partner in the Yigal Arnon & Co. law firm and concentrates her law practice in the areas of real estate, commercial law and finance. Bavly has significant experience with a wide variety of commercial transactions, particularly in the field of real estate, including purchase and sale agreements, construction agreements, joint ventures, acquisition of real estate companies, bond issuances for real estate projects, financing agreements and debt arrangements. She provides legal advice for complex and large-scale transactions and routine legal assistance to construction projects (including complex projects, such as shopping malls). Bavly joined the firm in 1987 and became a partner in 1995. She graduated with a law degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem in 1982. Bavly also holds a B.Des. from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design (1986) and an MBA from Tel Aviv University (1995).

Daniela Paz Erez

Shuki Oren

Daniela Paz Erez is the founder and CEO of Paz Economy and Engineering, Ltd., the largest and most influential real-estate consulting firm in Israel today, according to Globes’ Dun’s 100 ranking. She holds a BA in Economics and an MBA from Tel Aviv University and she is a certified real estate appraiser in Israel. Paz Erez started her a career as a financial supervisor for the banking system and, in 1996, founded Paz Economy and Engineering, Ltd. Paz Economy and Engineering provides land appraisals and loan-construction consulting services to prominent market players in the field of real estate planning, such as governmental organizations, municipal authorities, organizations from the financial and banking sectors, entrepreneurs and property owners. Today, Paz Economy and Engineering has over 60 professional employees and provides real-estate appraisal services for hundreds of projects in the residential, commercial, office and tourism sectors all over Israel.

Shuki Oren served as the accountant general at the Ministry of Finance from 2007 to 2011. As the accountant general, he was responsible for all of the financial affairs of the government of Israel, including projects involving public-private partnerships, local and foreign debt, and government loan guarantees granted to the private sector, and was also responsible for the use and implementation of financial tools intended to mitigate the financial crisis that began in 2008. Before that position, Oren held senior positions in the banking sector, the last of which was as CEO of Bank Leumi Switzerland. Oren began his career at the Finance Ministry, where he held positions including manager of the Foreign Currency Department and assistant accountant general.

Oren has a great deal of experience with and broad knowledge of Israeli and foreign capital markets and, today, he serves as the CEO of Kardan N.V.

Oren holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
