Moshe earned his L.L.B (2008) from Tel-Aviv University Faculty of Law. During his studies he participated in the Criminal justice clinic.
From 2008-2010 Moshe worked at the public defenders office as an intern and as an attorney.
During 2010-2014 Moshe ran his private practice in criminal law.
