Human Rights Clinic
The Human Rights Clinic uses litigation as a means to eradicate violation of fundamental rights and tackle the many faces of discrimination based on ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and more. Issues include the right to health; education and family life; freedom of information, speech and association; and the rights of persons with disabilities.
The clinic targets both traditional and novel areas of law in the field of human rights, in an attempt to utilize a variety of legal strategies and mechanisms to forward these causes.
