Copyright, graffiti and street art
The S. Horowitz Institute for Intellectual Property in memory of Dr. Amnon Goldenberg (SHIIP), organized a guided tour to Florentine neighborhood in Tel Aviv, to learn about street art and graffiti. We were glad to have with us faculty members, partners from S. Horowitz & Co., and other guests.
Dr. Enrico Bonadio (City University London), a visiting scholar at SHIIP, gave a lecture on copyright law and street art. Among other things, we discussed issues of social norms between artists, between them and third parties who seek to commercialize the works, as well as issues of moral rights and ownership
