Empirical Legal Studies
Prof. Meirav Furth
The workshop will begin with introduction to the various research methods (quantitative research, qualitative, field experiments, laboratory experiments, regulatory impact and courts). we will then meet ten leading empirical legal scholars from Israel and the world who will discuss their work with us. Methodological challenges as well as challenges in combining empirical and normative legal studies will be discussed.
The workshop will be held in the second semester and will meet in Bar-Ilan and Tel-Aviv universities.
