The Law and Economics Workshop

The Economic Analysis of Law Workshop is dedicated to the theoretical and empirical analysis and evaluation of current aspects in Commercial Law. The workshop strives to expose students to this important research field through working-papers, not yet published, by top researchers from Israel and the world. During the workshop, students are asked to read and give feedback to the presented research papers. In addition students will work in groups, presenting the papers to their classmates. Sessions include a brief presentation followed by an open discussion with active participation of students and faculty. The discussions proceed under the assumption that the papers have been read carefully by all the participants beforehand. Topics vary in topic from semester to semester. Students can take this class multiple times.
