Dine Israel - Agmon & Co.
Dine Israel is a yearly journal dedicated to publishing articles on Jewish Law and Halacha, from various standpoints. Published jointly by TAU Law and the Cardozo Law School of Yeshiva University in New York, the journal is one of the primary sources in the field of Halachic studies worldwide.
As an important and unique platform for the examination of Jewish Law, Dine Israel explores a variety of topics, such as the relationship between Jewish Law and the theory of law, the interaction between Halachic and Constitutional Law, and the interconnection of Halacha with various fields in the Humanities and Social Sciences.
Dine Israel draws on the scholarly work of faculty members and students of both law schools, and is reviewed, edited and published by the journal's staff members. The current co-editors-in-chief are TAU Law Professor, Arye Edrai and Cardozo Law Professor, Suzanne Last Stone. So far, 29 issues of the journal have been published (the last one in September 2013).
