Peer Support Program
TAU Law's Peer Support Program provides first-year students who seek assistance invaluable mentoring by third-year students who offer guidance in adapting to the law Faculty's demanding study environment and making the transition into an academic setting.
In the program participating students are matched with mentors who provide them useful information about services and resources available at the Faculty, and share their experiences and knowledge. The program pays special attention to academic support, assisting students with class preparation, writing skills and legal research.
One of the main functions of the program is to help keep struggling students engaged in learning. Therefore, candidates for the mentor program are expected to demonstrate outstanding academic capabilities, proven leadership skills, as well as in-depth knowledge and involvement in the Faculty's various factions.
