Oxford Handbook on IP
The S. Horowitz Institute for IP in memory of Dr. Amnon Goldenberg (TAU Law) and the Engleberg Center on Innovation Law and Policy (NYU Law) are delighted to hold a two-day workshop devoted to the forthcoming Handbook, edited by Rochelle Dreyfuss (NYU) and Justine Pila (Oxford). The Workshop will take place on December 7-8, at TAU Law.
The workshop’s first day will be devoted mostly to discussion of the book’s chapters on the foundations of IP, its historical background in various regions of the world, the intersection of IP and other legal and social topics such as climate change and public health, and some doctrinal issues. The second day will present contemporary Israeli studies on IP, by Israel’s leading IP scholars, on topics of innovation, users’ rights, and enforcement.
Registration
Participation is free, but space is limited. The discussions will be based on papers, with the assumption of reading them prior to the workshop. Once you register and your registration is approved, we will provide you with the password to access the papers. To register, please fill the registration Form. Unfortunately, we cannot provide for parking at the University; you are advised to use public transportation or park at the Smolarsh Parking, near the TAU Faculty of Law.
