Applications for the Academic Year 2018-2019

The Buchmann Faculty of at Tel Aviv University invites excellent candidates to apply for a Post-Doctoral Fellowship for the academic year 2018-2019.

The Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University (TAU Law) is the leading law school in Israel, and is ranked highly in the world. TAU is located in the vibrant and exciting city of Tel Aviv, the cultural and financial center of Israel.  Successful candidates will enjoy interactions with TAU Law’s leading scholars on all aspects of legal studies and be a part of a thriving intellectual community.  They will be invited to participate in various courses and workshops, all conducted in English.  Successful fellows will also have free access to the David J. Light Law library, which holds one of the most comprehensive collections of legal publications in Israel, as well as access to online services.

Fellowships

The selected post-doctoral fellows will receive approximately NIS 115,000 per academic year, for one or two years, with the option of extending the fellowship to a third year.

The fellowship period will commence in October 2018 and end at the latest in October 2021, subject to submission of signed financial reports. Fellows will be required to arrive in Israel by 1 March 2019.  Fellows who do not arrive by this date will have to forfeit the fellowship.
