Eithan  Y. Kidron

Biography:

Kidron is a lecturer at Tel-Aviv University Faculty of Law. His research deals with the tension between criminal caw and economic regulation. Kidron holds a Ph.D., LL.M. (Law, society and politics), and LL.B (cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University. Between the years 2007-2012, he was senior partner at Segev, Kidron, Greenfield & Co. and was the director of the White collar crime division in the firm. In 2014, he was a visiting fellow at the Program on Corporate Governance, Harvard University School of Law. 

 

Research Interests: 

  • Criminal law and procedure;
  • Jurisprudence;
  • Economic Regulation;
  • Corporate governance.
