Dr. Klyuvgant is the lead defense attorney for the former head of the giant oil company Yukos, Mikhail Khodorkovsky. Khodorkovsky and his business partner, Platon Lebedev, were sentenced to years of imprisonment by Russian courts. In 2011, Amnesty International declared the two prisoners of conscience.
