Gabriel Kling is a Judge of the District Court of Tel Aviv and the Chairperson of the Committee on Medical Negligence. From 1987-1990, he was the Chairperson of the Israeli Bar Council. He teaches courses in torts, legal ethics, competition law, civil procedure and local government. After completing his studies for an LL.M. and B.Sc. in economics from Hebrew University, Dr. Kling was awarded the British Council Scholarship, and subsequently earned his Ph.D. from the University of London.
