The Batya and Isachar Fischer Center for Corporate Governance and Capital Markets Center held the annual Evening of Remembrance in Honor of Isachar Fischer (Hebrew). Guest speaker was the honorable Supreme Court Justice Yoram Denzinger.

Round-table on Reforms in corporate regulation of companies traded outside of Israel.
In cooperation with the Cegla Center for Interdisciplinary Research of the Law.
The purpose of the Round-table is to examine proposals for reform of the existing regulation of public companies incorporated in Israel, which are traded in double listing or only outside of Israel.

Fischer Center hosts a public lecture by Dr. Vadim Klyuvgant
The lecture is on The Mikhail Khodorkovsky Trial, the Rule of Law, and Doing Business in Russia Today.
Dr. Klyuvgant is the lead defense attorney for the former head of the giant oil company Yukos, Mikhail Khodorkovsky. Khodorkovsky and his business partner, Platon Lebedev, were sentenced to years of imprisonment by Russian courts. In 2011, Amnesty International declared the two prisoners of conscience.

Guest speakers will include honorable Supreme Court Justice Yoram Denzinger, Prof. Uriel Procaccia - head of Radzyner School of Law's LL.M. program and author of the new Israeli Companies Law (2005), and Sever Plotzker - the Chief Economic Editor and leading commentator of the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper.
