Read the special Passover issue of TAU Law magazine!
A festive issue, with fascinating interviews, and a close look at some of our activities and achievements
Dear friends,
I am pleased to present you this Passover issue of the Tel Aviv University Buchmann Faculty of Law magazine. The issue spotlights our achievements, activities, and our hopes for improving Israeli law and reshaping Israeli society.
Enclosed within this festive issue are also several interesting interviews, such as with our long-time faculty member, Prof. Nili Cohen, on the occasion of her being awarded this year’s Israel Prize for Legal Research; with Atty. Dafna Meitar Nechmad, a close friend of the Faculty, who is reinventing the field of social investment in Israel, and with the outgoing and the incoming Dean (yours truly). In addition, a special focus is dedicated to four graduates of our Parasol Foundation Trust International LL.M. Program 2016 class, who provide a first-hand impression of the special appeal of the program, and reveal how far they have progressed since they graduated. Also, the Tel Aviv Northwestern Executive LL.M. Program is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year – a wonderful opportunity for a closer look at this important collaboration with a leading American law school.
I am confident that you will find these items, as well as many others, which this magazine unfolds, truly impressive, enjoyable and fascinating to read.
Allow me also to use this opportunity to wish you a Happy Passover.
Yours,
Prof. Sharon Hannes, Dean
Tel Aviv University Buchmann Faculty of Law
