Impact of Technology, Science and Knowledge on Jewish Law and Ethics

The conference is hosted by the Tel Aviv University Buchman faculty of law. Leading Researchers, Jurists and practitioners of Jewish law and related fields, from Israel, Europe and America will present at the conference.
The central theme of this conference is the interaction of Jewish law and ethics with technology, knowledge and science. The focus will be on the challenges that new fields of knowledge, new technologies, methodologies and paradigms pose for Jewish legal authorities and Jewish jurisprudence.
The conference will also have a more general non-thematic part, including more than 20 presentations by leading members of the Jewish law association.
